Chanel

There are brands, and then there is Chanel. Since 2018, the work has been to design and deliver the guest experience from the inside out, building and leading host programs across some of the most iconic and ambitious activations the House has produced in North America. From the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central Park for Métier d'Arts 2018/19, to Rockefeller Center for the 100th Anniversary of No. 5, to a full Miami replica environment for Cruise 2022/23 at the Faena Forum, each program demanded a level of precision, discretion, and cultural fluency that only comes from deep familiarity with the brand's standards and the guests it serves. That work continued through Cruise 2023/24 at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, the Lucky Chance 2024 activation at the Williamsburg Diner, and most recently Métier d'Arts 2025 across the New York City subway and Webster Hall. Every venue different, every guest list distinct, every experience unmistakably Chanel. Across seven years and counting, the through line has remained the same: ensuring that from the moment a guest arrives, every human touchpoint reflects the intentionality and elegance the House has always stood for.
